重庆市璧山区小学教师教科书使用的现状、问题与对策研究
[Abstract]:As the carrier of curriculum implementation, teachers' rational and effective use of textbooks can greatly dilute the negative function of textbooks, improve the teaching quality, and at the same time help teachers to promote their own professional development. This research mainly adopts questionnaire method and interview method, compiles "Chongqing Bishan District Primary School teacher textbook use questionnaire", and takes 270 in-service teachers in Bishan Primary School, B Primary School, C Primary School, D Primary School and so on in Chongqing Bishan City as the survey object. The use of primary school teachers in Bishan District, Chongqing City, was investigated. Through descriptive analysis and difference analysis of the statistical results of the questionnaire, this paper explores the current situation of the use of primary school teachers' textbooks, and analyzes the existing problems and reasons. In view of the problems existing in the use of textbooks by primary school teachers in Bishan District, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to instruct teachers to use textbooks more effectively and to improve teachers' ability to use textbooks. At the same time, it provides a reference for teacher training units to formulate teacher textbook use training programs. The thesis is divided into five chapters: chapter one, introduction. From the point of view of the significance of the effective use of textbooks to promote the professional development of teachers, and the lack of relevant research on the use of textbooks for teachers, this paper puts forward the subject of this study. This chapter defines the core concepts of textbooks and the use of textbooks, and summarizes the relevant research on textbooks at home and abroad from three aspects: textbooks, use of teachers' textbooks, and use of primary school teachers' textbooks. Finally, this paper introduces the research objectives and research contents, and explains the ideas and methods of the research. The second chapter, the primary school teacher textbook use evaluation dimension and its theoretical basis. This chapter expounds the evaluation criteria and theoretical basis of primary school teachers' use of textbooks from four aspects: the mode of textbook use, the way of textbook transformation, the level of textbook use, and the influencing factors of textbook use. The third chapter, the use of primary school teachers textbooks in Bishan District, Chongqing City. This chapter consists of three parts: research purpose, research design, research results and analysis. According to the evaluation dimension of primary school teachers' textbooks, a questionnaire was designed to investigate the current situation of primary school teachers' textbooks use in Bishan District, Chongqing, and descriptive statistics and difference analysis were carried out on the survey results. The fourth chapter, the primary school teacher textbooks in Bishan City, Chongqing City, the existing problems and causes of analysis. According to the investigation results and the evaluation dimension of primary school teachers' textbooks, this chapter analyzes the problems existing in the use of primary school teachers' textbooks in Bishan District, and probes into its causes. The fifth chapter, how to improve the primary school teachers' textbook use ability in Bishan district of Chongqing. In view of the problems existing in the use of primary school teachers' textbooks in Bishan District, Chongqing and their causes, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the use ability of primary school teachers' textbooks.
