栖霞区小学家校合作现状分析与策略探究

【摘要】:教育的发展与完善,需要家庭和学校这两个教育主体目标统一、行动一致,形成合力,共同承担起育人的艰巨任务。家校合作不可避免,加强家校合作已经成为今日学校改革的重要内容。城乡结合部地区家长的家校合作意识不强,缺乏与学校及教师的沟通,对于家庭教育的认识过于陈旧,极少从孩子全人发展的角度处理问题。本地区的学校更应该重视家校合作,加强指导家长如何进行适合自己孩子的家庭教育,及应对策略,提高家长的教育素养和家庭教育的水平,形成合力,共同促进学生的健康全面发展。笔者选择研究栖霞区这一城乡结合部地区的小学家校合作的发展与实施,不仅可以总结本地区学校家校合作已经取得的成绩,发现仍然存在的问题,找到提升家校合作效率的策略与方法,而且可以为其他相似地区的家校合作提供一定的帮助和研究基础。本研究主要使用问卷调查和访谈的方法,重点对栖霞区四所小学开展家校合作的情况进行调查,进而对其开展家校合作的情况和效果进行研究。全文分为四个部分。首先,阐述了研究的缘起,分析了开展家校合作的现实意义,确定研究的内容与方法;其次,对家校合作这一核心概念进行了界定,并对国内外有关家校合作的研究进行了综述和解读;然后实施调查,梳理调查结果,从学校和家庭两个方面去分析栖霞区家校合作的问题。调查发现,栖霞区的学校、家庭双方都缺乏家校合作的意识,虽然部分学校一直在开展比较零散的家校合作活动,但对家校合作缺乏整体上的规划和公正客观的评价。此地区的家长群体结构多样化、大多数家长的基本素质不高,对家校合作的责任也不够明确,栖霞的家校合作将迎来更大的挑战;最后,对改善栖霞区的家校合作提出了一些建议。包括,加强家校双方的合作意识,重视家长的作用和教师培训,建立健全家校合作制度和评价体系。
[Abstract]:The development and perfection of education requires the unity of the goals and actions of the two main bodies of education, family and school, forming a joint force and undertaking the arduous task of educating people together. Home-school cooperation is inevitable, strengthening home-school cooperation has become an important content of today's school reform. In the urban-rural areas, parents' awareness of home-school cooperation is not strong, lack of communication with schools and teachers, the understanding of family education is too old, rarely from the point of view of children's whole-person development. Schools in this region should pay more attention to home-school cooperation, strengthen guidance to parents on how to carry out family education suitable for their children, and strategies to improve their parents' educational attainment and level of family education, so as to form a joint force. Jointly promote the healthy and all-round development of students. The author chooses to study the development and implementation of the cooperation between scientists and schools in Qixia District, a part of urban and rural areas, which can not only summarize the achievements of school-home-school cooperation in this area, but also find out the problems that still exist. To find out the strategies and methods to improve the efficiency of home-school cooperation, and to provide some help and research basis for home-school cooperation in other similar areas. This research mainly uses the questionnaire survey and the interview method, mainly carries on the investigation to the four primary schools in Qixia district to carry on the investigation, then carries on the research to the home-school cooperation situation and the effect. The paper is divided into four parts. First of all, elaborated the origin of the research, analyzed the practical significance of home-school cooperation, determined the content and method of the research; Secondly, the core concept of home-school cooperation is defined, and the research on home-school cooperation at home and abroad is summarized and interpreted. Then carries out the investigation, combs the survey result, from the school and the family two aspects to analyze the Qixia district home-school cooperation problem. The investigation shows that both families lack the consciousness of home-school cooperation in Qixia district. Although some schools have been carrying out scattered home-school cooperation activities, the overall planning and fair and objective evaluation of home-school cooperation are lacking. The structure of the group of parents in this area is diverse, the basic quality of most parents is not high, the responsibility for home-school cooperation is not clear enough, the family-school cooperation of Qixia will face a greater challenge; Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the home-school cooperation in Qixia district. Including strengthening the sense of cooperation between home and school, attaching importance to the role of parents and teacher training, establishing and perfecting the home-school cooperation system and evaluation system.
