基于新课改的学校管理问题的研究

【摘要】:我国目前的教育适应新课程改革以后,顺应了社会和历史的要求,尊重学生的主体性,加强学生的独立性培养和自主学习,强调以人为本的理念。本文主要是基于新课改的学校管理问题进行分析,同时对提出了一些研究对策,分析武汉外国语小学,并进行实际情况分析。着重强调新课改的学校管理新理念,并进行分析学校管理的目标,学校的管理的原则以及管理的制度和评价。在坚持注重绩效的情况喜爱,加强科学民主制度的管理,并强调管理的过程,并不是只注重结果评价。本文注重解决目前学校管理中亟需解决的现实问题,针对当下学校不注重以人为本的理念,本文给予详细的分析和讨论。对学校管理的低效进行总结,分析存在的矛盾和管理上的不足,对于校长负责制问题进行系统的论述,探讨当前条件下,如何发挥校长作用和学校管理。最后,再对学校的管理体系做出研究和论述,并构建出一整套学校管理体系。该体系改变了以往的学校管理中的控制管理,突出学校管理的人性化,重视学生的主体性,并采取绩效评价制度,实现现代化的学校管理体系,引入管理中的绩效考核机制,形成了校长管理和监督方式,使学校管理更加科学和有效。运用一种多元化合作学校管理模式,促进学校管理现代化发展,为师生营造一个良好的工作和学习氛围。
[Abstract]:Our country's current education adapts to the new curriculum reform, complies with the requirements of the society and history, respects the students' subjectivity, strengthens the students' independence training and independent learning, and emphasizes the idea of "people-oriented". This paper mainly analyzes the problems of school management based on the new curriculum reform, at the same time puts forward some research countermeasures, analyzes Wuhan Foreign language Primary School, and carries on the actual situation analysis. This paper emphasizes the new concept of school management in the new curriculum reform, and analyzes the objectives, principles, system and evaluation of school management. In insisting on performance-oriented adoration, strengthening the management of scientific and democratic systems, and emphasizing the process of management, it is not just the evaluation of results. This paper focuses on solving the practical problems that need to be solved in the current school management. In view of the idea that the school does not pay attention to people-oriented at present, this paper gives a detailed analysis and discussion. This paper summarizes the low efficiency of school management, analyzes the existing contradictions and deficiencies in management, discusses systematically the problem of principal responsibility system, and probes into how to play the role of principal and school management under current conditions. Finally, the school management system is studied and discussed, and a set of school management system is constructed. This system has changed the control management in the former school management, highlighted the humanization of the school management, attached importance to the students' subjectivity, adopted the performance evaluation system, realized the modern school management system, and introduced the performance appraisal mechanism in the management. Has formed the principal management and the supervision way, makes the school management more scientific and effective. A diversified cooperative school management model is used to promote the modernization of school management and to create a good working and learning atmosphere for teachers and students.
