农村留守儿童教育管理问题探究

【摘要】：受城乡经济差异影响,留守儿童现象一直普遍存在于我国各农村地区,由于缺乏父母的直接关怀和监督管理,其教育管理就成为影响儿童健康成长的重要因素,甚至是影响社会和谐稳定的重要问题。如何对当前国内农村留守儿童现状进行调查了解,并对其存在问题进行研究解决是维护国家教育发展以及社会安定团结的重要保障。本文将在分析国内外关于农村留守儿童研究现状的基础上,提炼出本文的研究理论依据和思路方法,以此为指导,选取我国某些偏远地区农村为调查对象。对留守儿童、留守儿童家庭生活状况以及学校教育管理情况进行实地调研了解,并从心理、生活、学业以及安全四个方面具体分析了留守儿童教育管理存在的问题,同时指出了这些问题的主要成因,如家庭教育缺乏主体性理念、学校教育缺乏新行为主义思想以及农村狭隘思想影响过重等。针对问题及原因分析,本文提出了解决留守儿童教育问题的发展模式、目标建设以及相应的策略建议。其中,发展模式主要包括政府出台相关政策、教育部门与家庭职能分工以及公共服务辅助教育;针对留守儿童教育问题的解决策略主要从家庭、学校、政府以及相关制度方面进行讨论。
[Abstract]:Affected by the economic differences between urban and rural areas, the phenomenon of left-behind children has been widespread in rural areas in China. Due to the lack of direct care and supervision of parents, their education management has become an important factor affecting the healthy growth of children. Even an important issue affecting social harmony and stability. How to investigate the current situation of rural left-behind children in China. It is an important guarantee to maintain the development of national education and social stability and unity. This paper will analyze the current situation of rural left-behind children at home and abroad. Abstract the theoretical basis and thinking methods of this paper, as a guide, select some rural areas in remote areas of China as the investigation object. The situation of left-behind children's family life and school education management were investigated and analyzed from the psychological, life, academic and security aspects of the education management of left-behind children. At the same time, this paper points out the main causes of these problems, such as the lack of subjectivity in family education, the lack of new behaviorism in school education and the excessive influence of narrow thinking in rural areas. This paper puts forward the development model, target construction and corresponding strategic suggestions to solve the problem of education of left-behind children. Among them, the development model mainly includes the relevant policies issued by the government. (B) the division of labour between the educational sector and the family and supplementary education in the public service; The strategies to solve the educational problems of left-behind children are mainly discussed from family, school, government and related systems.
