农民工随城子女教育公平问题研究

【摘要】:教育公平不仅是每个公民实现其受教育权的基本条件,也是社会和谐的必然要求。在我国城市化进程中产生的农民工群体,是我国城市建设的功臣,他们在整个城市化过程中发挥了不可忽视的巨大作用。目前农民工家庭化迁移的趋势越来越明显,他们带到城市的子女的教育问题便引起大家的关注。农民工建设了城市,城市也相应的应该解决他们子女的教育问题,让他们的子女同城市孩子一样享受平等的待遇。为此,国家努力保障其子女的教育公平,制定一系列的政策、不断的在探索最有效的实现教育公平的方式。但是由于缺乏必要的经验和实践,很多方法在实际操作中没有很好的解决问题。农民工随城子女在城市接受教育依旧存在诸多不公平的现象。很多国内学者对农民工随城子女教育公平问题进行了研究,但大部分集中在其义务教育阶段的教育上,缺乏对农民工随城子女学前教育阶段和高中以及高中以后教育阶段的教育公平问题的研究,更是少有对这个问题系统而全面的研究。对此,本文从教育公平的视角出发,展开对农民工随城子女教育问题的研究。总结农民工随城子女的教育现状,分析产生农民工随城子女的教育不公平现状的原因,以此从教育学、社会学以及心理学等宏观和微观视角,提出解决问题的途径和方法,力图为改善农民工随城子女受教育的现状提供有效的对策方法,这对于促进农民工随城子女教育公平的实现,进而促进社会公平和社会和谐发展,以及中国社会的稳定和未来的发展具有重要的现实意义。文章第一部分为绪论,主要梳理了文章的大体概况,介绍了选题的背景和依据、概括了研究的目的与意义、总结了国内外研究现状以及归纳了文章研究的思路和方法。第二部分主要是相关理论和相关概念的界定,对文中应用到的几个理论进行了说明,解释了农民工、农民工随城子女以及教育公平的含义,并且列举了针对农民工随城子女教育出台的政策文件,为论文的写作提供了理论基础。第三部分分别从义务教育阶段、学前教育阶段以及高中及高中以上教育阶段这三个阶段描述农民工随城子女教育不公平的表现,其中义务教育阶段农民工随城子女的教育公平问题又分为在公办学校就读存在的问题、在民办学校就读存在的问题以及普遍存在的问题。论文第四部分总结了导致农民工随城子女教育不公平的主要原因,主要有制度不完善、法律不健全、流入地学校以及农民工自身存在问题等几个方面的原因。这一部分的研究为下文提出解决对策提供了方向和依据。第五部分主要从政府、学校、社会以及农民工本身等方面提出了解决农民工随城子女教育公平问题的对策。
[Abstract]:Educational fairness is not only the basic condition for every citizen to realize his right to education, but also the inevitable requirement of social harmony. The peasant workers in the process of urbanization in our country, is the meritorious service of urban construction in our country, they have played an important role in the whole process of urbanization. At present, the trend of migrant workers' family migration is more and more obvious. Migrant workers have built cities, cities should also solve their children's education problems, so that their children and city children enjoy equal treatment. Therefore, the state strives to ensure the educational fairness of its children, formulates a series of policies, and continuously explores the most effective ways to realize the educational equity. However, due to the lack of necessary experience and practice, many methods in practice do not solve the problem well. There are still many unfair phenomena that migrant workers receive education in cities with their children. Many domestic scholars have studied the issue of education fairness of migrant workers' children in cities, but most of them focus on their compulsory education. There is a lack of research on the issue of educational equity in preschool education and high school and post-high school education of migrant workers, and there is also a lack of systematic and comprehensive research on this issue. From the perspective of educational equity, this paper studies the education of migrant workers with their children. This paper summarizes the present situation of the education of the children of migrant workers following the city, analyzes the causes of the educational unfairness of the children of the migrant workers with the city, and puts forward the ways and methods to solve the problems from the macro and micro perspectives of pedagogy, sociology and psychology. This paper tries to provide effective countermeasures for improving the status quo of the education of migrant workers' children in cities, which will promote the realization of the educational equity of migrant workers' children in cities, and then promote the social equity and harmonious development of the society. And China's social stability and future development has important practical significance. The first part of the article is an introduction, mainly combing the general situation of the article, introducing the background and basis of the topic, summarizing the purpose and significance of the research, summarizing the current research situation at home and abroad, and summarizing the ideas and methods of the article. The second part is mainly about the definition of relevant theories and related concepts. It explains several theories applied in this paper, and explains the meaning of migrant workers, migrant workers' children with cities and educational fairness. It also lists the policy documents for the education of migrant workers with their children, which provides a theoretical basis for the writing of the thesis. The third part describes the unfair education of migrant workers with their children from the stage of compulsory education, the stage of preschool education and the stage of high school and higher education. In the compulsory education stage, the educational fairness of migrant workers with their children is divided into the problems of studying in public schools, the problems in private schools and the problems in general. The fourth part of the paper summarizes the main reasons leading to the unfair education of migrant workers with their children, including imperfect system, imperfect laws, floating schools and the problems of migrant workers themselves, and so on. This part of the study for the following solutions to provide the direction and basis. The fifth part mainly from the government, school, society and migrant workers themselves and other aspects to solve the problem of migrant workers with children education equity countermeasures.
