日本中小学教育信息化的发展现状与动向——日本教育工学会会长山西润一专访

【摘要】：21世纪的教育信息化蓬勃发展,教育研究者发现,学生的信息素养将是支持学生在21世纪生存、参与竞争的基本能力。因此,推动教育信息化是世界各国教育规划的重要内容和现代教育的重要目标。2014年4月1日,经合组织(OECD)公布了PISA2012"基于计算机的问题解决能力"测评成绩,日本排名第三。而在亚洲国家中,日本教育技术研究和教育信息化发展也一直走在前列。在日本,"教育技术学"称为"教育工学",此次本刊记者邀请到日本教育工学会会长山西润一教授,就日本中小学教育信息化的发展现状、对日本教育的影响和未来走向等问题进行了访谈。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, educational informatization is booming. Educational researchers find that students' information literacy will be the basic ability to support students to survive and participate in competition in the 21st century. Therefore, promoting education informatization is an important content of educational planning and an important goal of modern education in the world. On April 1, 2014, the OECD published the results of PISA2012 "Computer-based problem solving ability", Japan ranked third. In Asian countries, Japan's educational technology research and educational information development has been in the forefront. In Japan, "Educational Technology" is called "Educational Engineering". This time our reporter invited Professor Shansi Runyi, President of the Japan Institute of Educational Engineering, to discuss the current situation of the development of educational informatization in primary and secondary schools in Japan. The influence and future trend of Japanese education were interviewed.
