基于学习分析的网络问题学习行为的诊断与反馈

【摘要】:网络学习作为一种新的学习方式被广泛应用到人们的生活和学习中,成为网络教育研究的重要组成内容。网络学习行为尤其是问题学习行为直接影响着学习效果。网络学习过程中表现的与正常学习规范相违背、影响自身或他人学习的问题行为进行诊断分析是提高学习效率的重要手段。在移动通讯技术迅速发展的背景下,更多研究者和实践者逐渐对用户数据重视起来,基于学习分析技术收集学生大量数据进行分析,为个人、教师和教育机构提供了较多的实证性依据,以支持学习、教学和教育决策。本文基于对网络问题学习行为和学习分析技术相关理论的研究,对网络学习中的典型问题行为进行诊断和分析,提出了针对性算法流程。具体研究内容如下:对网络学习行为、网络问题学习行为以及学习分析技术的有关文献梳理,并对国内外应用实践进行论述。在理论研究基础上将网络问题学习行为按照不同的维度分为逃离行为、缺失行为、不当行为和个人时间规划四类问题学习行为。针对上述分类设计针对性的诊断算法。首先根据时间阈值内是否存在与学习活动无关的操作或者没有任何操作行为判定逃离问题学习行为。其次根据不同的学习模式结合具体的教学实践活动判定是否存在缺失问题学习行为和不当问题学习行为,最后统计学生学习时间,学习间隔判定学习过程中是否存在时间规划问题。借助实证研究的方法,在Moodle平台上添加网络课程,统计参与该课程的学习行为数据问题学习行为诊断反馈,借以帮学生改善的不良问题行为,达到提高学习效率的目的。
[Abstract]:As a new learning method, network learning has been widely used in people's life and learning, and has become an important component of online education research. Network learning behavior, especially problem learning behavior, directly affects the learning effect. It is an important means to improve the efficiency of learning by diagnosing and analyzing the behavior of problems that affect the learning of oneself or others in the process of network learning, which is contrary to the normal learning norms. With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, more researchers and practitioners pay more and more attention to user data. Teachers and educational institutions provide more empirical evidence to support learning, teaching and educational decisions. Based on the research of learning behavior and learning analysis technology of network problem, this paper diagnoses and analyzes the typical problem behavior in network learning, and puts forward the targeted algorithm flow. The specific contents of the study are as follows: combing the related literatures of network learning behavior, network problem learning behavior and learning analysis technology, and discussing the application practice at home and abroad. On the basis of theoretical research, the learning behavior of network problem is divided into four types according to different dimensions: escape behavior, missing behavior, improper behavior and personal time planning. A specific diagnosis algorithm is designed for the above classification. First, the learning behavior of escaping from the problem is judged according to whether there is any operation independent of learning activity or no operation behavior within the time threshold. Secondly, according to different learning models combined with specific teaching practice activities to determine whether there are missing problem learning behavior and inappropriate problem learning behavior, and finally statistics the student learning time. The learning interval determines whether there is a time planning problem in the learning process. With the help of the method of empirical research, the network course is added to the Moodle platform, and the learning behavior diagnosis feedback of the learning behavior data problem participating in the course is counted, in order to help the students improve the bad problem behavior and achieve the purpose of improving the learning efficiency.
