我国义务教育均衡发展之进展

【摘要】：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》实施以来,义务教育"重中之重"的战略地位得以强化,均衡发展取得突出进展:学校布局趋于合理,办学条件明显改善,经费保障水平不断提升,教师队伍建设持续加强,教育教学质量稳步提升,综合改革全面深化,教育发展差距明显缩小。同时,在城镇化进程中义务教育面临挑战。下一步,应健全协同机制,加快标准化建设,加大保障力度,促进师资均衡,提高教育质量,重视特殊群体教育,完善监测体系。
[Abstract]:Since its implementation, the strategic position of "top priority" in compulsory education has been strengthened, and outstanding progress has been made in balanced development: the distribution of schools has tended to be rational and the conditions for running schools have improved markedly. The level of financial support has been continuously improved, the construction of teachers' ranks has been continuously strengthened, the quality of education and teaching has been steadily improved, comprehensive reform has been deepened in an all-round way, and the gap in educational development has narrowed obviously. At the same time, compulsory education faces challenges in the process of urbanization. In the next step, we should perfect the cooperative mechanism, speed up the construction of standardization, strengthen the guarantee, promote the balance of teachers, improve the quality of education, attach importance to the education of special groups, and perfect the monitoring system.
