当前中国特色新型教育智库建设的若干问题

【摘要】:相比经济、政治、军事等领域的智库建设而言,我国教育智库还有很多改进与提升的空间。当前,根据党中央和国务院新的部署要求,中国特色新型教育智库建设进入一个全新阶段。新型教育智库需要在优先满足政府决策需求的基础上,更为精准锁定并不断开拓培育用户需求;在教育服务属性分化的环境中,更加关注教育领域的政策分类和话语特征;在明确战略方向和基本原则的前提下,更好地提升教育智库服务的可靠性和有用性。
[Abstract]:Compared with the economic, political, military and other fields of think tank construction, there are still a lot of room for improvement and promotion of educational think tanks in China. At present, according to the new deployment requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the construction of a new educational think tank with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage. On the basis of meeting the government's decision-making needs, the new educational think tank should be more accurate and open up and cultivate the needs of users, pay more attention to the policy classification and discourse characteristics in the field of education in the environment of educational service attribute differentiation. On the premise of clear strategic direction and basic principles, the reliability and usefulness of educational think tank service can be improved better.
