“学会教学”还是“学会教育”——从教师职业道德的专业化看基础教育的道德性

【摘要】:道德性乃是基础教育的根本性质。学会教育不仅是教师的专业标准,更是对教师的职业道德要求。只会教学的教师不是道德的教师,只有教学的教育不是道德的教育。学会教育不仅是教师的职业道德问题,而且也是基础教育的道德性问题。基础教育的本质是基础教育的道德性,学会教育乃是基础教育道德本质的基本要求。
[Abstract]:Morality is the fundamental nature of basic education. Learning education is not only the professional standard of teachers, but also the professional ethics requirements of teachers. Teachers who only teach are not moral teachers, only teaching education is not moral education. Learning education is not only a teacher's moral problem, but also a moral problem of basic education. The essence of basic education is the moral character of basic education, and learning education is the basic requirement of moral essence of basic education.
