在职教师信念发展的条件与导引策略

【摘要】：教师信念良性发展的过程就是教师素养提高的过程。在职教师信念良性发展的条件包括教师的哲学与人文素养、教师对教育问题的内部归因方式、教师所在学校积极合作的文化氛围以及能够促进教师信念提升的精神支持。在职教师信念引导可从以下几个方面展开:开展经典阅读交流活动,丰富教师思想信念之来源;营造开放合作的教学研究氛围,以实践反思带动教学信念发展;重视礼仪对直觉信念的引导作用,重塑教师尊严与责任感;促进教师间的思想交流,发挥群体信念的相互影响与支持作用。
[Abstract]:The process of benign development of teachers' beliefs is the process of improving teachers' literacy. The conditions for the healthy development of in-service teachers' beliefs include teachers' philosophy and humanistic literacy, teachers' internal attributions to educational problems, the cultural atmosphere of active cooperation in teachers' schools and the spiritual support that can promote the promotion of teachers' beliefs. The guidance of in-service teachers' beliefs can be carried out from the following aspects: carrying out classical reading and communication activities to enrich the sources of teachers' ideas and beliefs; creating an open and cooperative teaching and research atmosphere to drive the development of teaching beliefs with practical reflection; attaching importance to the guiding role of etiquette to intuitive beliefs, reshaping teachers' dignity and responsibility; promoting ideological exchange among teachers and giving full play to the mutual influence and support of group beliefs.
