对教育治理及其体系与能力建设的认识与构想

【摘要】:正现代意义上的"治理"概念是一个舶来品。当前我国在推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的过程中,需要对这一概念进行本土化的解读与构想。本次会议上,与会者或基于理论思考、或依托实证研究、或依据实践经验,从不同的视角分享了他们对教育治理的概念内涵、价值目标、教育治理体系和能力建设等问题的认识与思考。本文旨在分享与会者对教育治理的理解与认识的同时,更期望结合相应的理论和研究,引发读者对相关议题的进一步
[Abstract]:The concept of governance in the modern sense is an imported product. At present, in the process of promoting the modernization of educational governance system and governance ability, it is necessary to interpret and conceive this concept locally. At this meeting, the participants shared their understanding and thinking on the concept connotation, value goal, educational governance system and capacity building of educational governance from different perspectives, either based on theoretical thinking, relying on empirical research, or on the basis of practical experience. The purpose of this paper is to share the participants' understanding and understanding of educational governance, and at the same time hope to combine the corresponding theories and research to arouse readers' further understanding of related issues.
