教育技术学专业本科生创业能力培养对策研究

【摘要】：创业能力是指创业者将自己或他人的科研成果或创意转化为行动,从而创造财富的过程。创业能力的高低,很大程度上影响到创业的成功与否。教育技术学专业本科生创业的成功不仅是教育技术学专业办学和社会接轨、真正体现高校办学特色、维持本专业可持续发展的需要,更是教育技术学专业本科生健康快乐成长、实现更高的自我价值的需要。近几年来,大学生创业一直受到高度的重视,但是对于教育技术学专业本科生创业能力培养研究的还比较少。因此,对此问题进行研究,并着力培养我国高校教育技术学专业本科生的创业能力,有着深远的现实意义。本研究主要采用文献研究、问卷调查的方式,对几所高校教育技术学专业本科生进行调查,了解他们创业能力现状,并结合实际探讨本专业学生创业能力不足的原因,进而提出一系列创业能力培养对策,为高校以及社会对本专业学生创业能力培养提供参考,从而促进本专业学生创业能力的形成与提高。全文共分为七个部分: 第一部分为引言,全面分析了本文的选题背景、研究意义、研究目的、国内外研究现状综述、研究内容、研究方法及研究的创新之处;第二部分为理论研究,对创业、创业能力等理论问题研究进行了综述和系统的分析;第三部分通过调查问卷了解教育技术学专业本科生创业能力的现状;第四部分通过了解教育技术学专业本科生创业能力的现状,阐述教育技术学专业本科生创业能力不足的原因;第五部分提出了一系列关于有效实施教育技术学专业本科生创业能力培养的对策建议;第六部分提出了有利于创业能力形成的创业环境;第七部分对全文的研究要点作了概括,并指出了研究中的不足之处和后续的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship refers to the process in which entrepreneurs translate their own or others' scientific achievements or ideas into actions to create wealth. The level of entrepreneurial ability, to a large extent affect the success of entrepreneurship. The success of undergraduate students in education technology not only reflects the characteristics of running schools and maintaining the sustainable development of their major, but also the healthy and happy growth of undergraduate students of education technology, which is not only the running of educational technology specialty and social integration, but also the need of maintaining the sustainable development of this major. The need to achieve higher self-worth. In recent years, the entrepreneurship of college students has been attached great importance, but the research on the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability of undergraduates majoring in education technology is still relatively small. Therefore, it is of profound practical significance to study this problem and to cultivate the entrepreneurial ability of undergraduates majoring in educational technology in colleges and universities in China. This research mainly adopts the method of literature research and questionnaire investigation to investigate the undergraduates of educational technology major in several colleges and universities, to understand the present situation of their entrepreneurial ability, and to discuss the reasons why the students' entrepreneurial ability is insufficient in combination with the actual situation. Furthermore, a series of countermeasures are put forward, which can provide reference for universities and the society to cultivate students' entrepreneurial ability, thus promoting the formation and improvement of entrepreneurial ability of students majoring in this major. The full text is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction, which comprehensively analyzes the background, significance, purpose, domestic and foreign research status, research content, research methods and innovation of the research. The third part is to find out the current situation of entrepreneurial ability of undergraduates majoring in education technology through questionnaire. The fourth part explains the reasons for the lack of entrepreneurial ability of undergraduates majoring in education technology through understanding the current situation of entrepreneurial ability of undergraduates majoring in educational technology. The fifth part puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions on how to effectively implement the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability of undergraduate students majoring in education technology; the sixth part puts forward the entrepreneurial environment conducive to the formation of entrepreneurial ability; the seventh part summarizes the main points of the research. And pointed out the shortcomings of the study and the direction of future research.
