大学生社交网站使用中的印象管理和自我和谐

【摘要】:随着因特网的快速普及,中国网民的人数一直保持着高速的增长,而近几年新兴的网络服务——社交网站则是网络服务界的一大重要现象。社交网站起源于美国,是以社交人际网络为基础的互联网应用服务,能够将人们现实生活中的关系网络搬移到网络上,在网络技术的帮助下,形成一种新的人际关系模式。无论是在中国还是世界范围内,社交网站用户惊人的扩张速度和巨大的发展潜力已经受到了业界的普遍关注和广泛看好,同时也在越来越多地对用户的生活产生着影响。 本系列研究就以大学生为研究对象,以印象管理和自我和谐为切入点,通过问卷调研法、情景模拟法等实证研究的方法,探讨社交网站使用与大学生用户社交行为和自我发展的关联。印象管理是一个个体在特定的情境下,通过人际互动或者自我表现,以一定的方式控制自我信息呈现的过程,目的是影响他人对自己形成的印象,同时推进个体对自我认知的构建。自我和谐则是一种在自我与经验以及自我内部各个子成分之间不断进行着的互动和整合活动,其目的是形成自我的统和感和一致性。社交网站本身的技术特征为用户的印象管理提供了得天独厚的平台和资源,使得他们可以更有效地向自己的社交圈传递自我形象。而在印象管理的过程中,个体有机会对自我的各种的信息进行反省和整合,从而又进一步地推动了自我和谐的过程。 本系列研究的意义在于:1)从印象管理和自我和谐的角度探讨网络化社交模式中个体社会行为的实现和自我发展的满足,同时丰富了国内网络心理、印象管理和自我和谐的研究领域。2)从印象管理的和自我和谐的角度为社交网站的生存和开发方向提供心理学依据,体现心理学在提升网络服务价值与促进积极网络使用上的作用。 研究自编了大学生社交网站基本使用情况调查表和大学生社交网站印象管理倾向问卷,结合《自我和谐量表》以及两组情景模拟实验,对736名大学生进行了数据采集,经SPSS14.0统计软件分析,结果发现:1)社交网站使用中的匿名性在减弱,线上社交圈与线下的社交圈具有比较高的重合度。2)社交网站使用中印象管理效果的可控性和印象管理成果的Feed模式会增加个体使用社交网站的倾向。3)在社交网站的使用中,个体会表现出他人导向和自我导向两种印象管理倾向。4)社交网站使用中的自我导向印象管理倾向能够促进社交网站的使用率以及印象管理相关操作的使用。5)社交网站使用中的自我导向印象管理倾向与自我和谐的程度有正相关。6)社交网站的使用能够激活理想自我、真实自我和现实自我,并使得现实自我的激活程度更加靠近理想自我。 本系列研究认为,社交网站为大学生用户提供了一个积极、健康的印象管理场所,用户在社交网站中以自我为导向而进行的印象管理有助于推进其自我和谐程度的提升。
[Abstract]:With the rapid popularity of the Internet, the number of Chinese netizens has been growing at a high speed. In recent years, the emerging network services - social networking sites - are a major phenomenon in the network service. Social networking sites are originated in the United States and are based on social networks. This series of studies, taking the college students as the research object, takes impression management and self harmony as the starting point, and explores the association between social behavior and self development of social networking sites using the method of questionnaire survey and situational simulation. Impression management is an individual in a specific situation, through interpersonal interaction. Or self expression, in a certain way to control the process of self information presentation, the purpose of which is to influence the impression made by others, and to promote the individual's construction of self cognition. Self harmony is a continuous interaction and integration between self and experience and the various sub components of the self. The purpose is to form The technical features of the social web site itself provide a unique platform and resources for the user's impression management, enabling them to deliver their self image more effectively to their own social circles. In the process of impression management, the individual has the opportunity to reflect and integrate all kinds of information from me. It has further promoted the process of self harmony.
The significance of this series of studies is: 1) to explore the realization of individual social behavior and the satisfaction of self development from the perspective of impression management and self harmony, and enrich the domestic network psychology, impression management and self harmony research field.2) for the survival of social networking sites from the perspective of impression management and self harmony. It provides a psychological basis for developing direction and embodies the role of psychology in enhancing the value of network services and promoting the use of active networks.
The study compiled the questionnaire on the basic use of social networking website and the impression management tendency questionnaire of College Students' social networking sites. Combined with the self harmony scale and two groups of scenario simulation experiments, 736 college students were collected and analyzed by SPSS14.0 statistical software, and the results were as follows: 1) the anonymity of social networking sites was weakened, The online social circles and the social circles under the line have a higher coincidence.2) the controllability of the impression management effect in the use of social networking sites and the impression management results of the Feed pattern will increase the tendency of the individual to use social networking sites.3).
