主客观家庭环境对初中生心理健康的影响

【摘要】:家庭是学生的第一所学校,家庭教育作为基础性和根源性教育在学生的整个教育系统中起着不可忽视的作用。了解和掌握初中生的家庭环境状况及其与心理健康状况的关系,对于培养初中生良好的心理素质,提高初中生心理健康水平具有十分重要的意义。 本文受系统论的影响,全面考察了影响初中生心理健康的主、客观家庭因素,以两所普通中学初一、初二及初三年级共472名学生为研究对象,以“家庭环境量表(FES-CV)”、“中学生心理健康诊断测验(MHT)”和自编的“家庭基本情况调查问卷”为工具进行调查,结果表明: 1.初中生心理健康状况整体良好; 2.心理健康水平较差的初中生与心理健康水平较好的初中生相比,在家庭结构、居住地、是否独生子女、母亲职业、父母关系、亲子关系、家庭幸福感、亲子沟通、教养方式的不同水平上存在显著差异。家庭中的亲密度、情感表达、独立性、知识性、娱乐性对初中生的心理健康有显著的促进作用;而矛盾性、控制性对初中生的心理健康则起到显著的阻碍作用; 3.初中生客观家庭环境对心理健康的方差分析,结果表明客观家庭环境对初中生部分心理健康因子存在显著影响,具体表现为:不同家庭结构初中生在孤独倾向、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向及心理健康总分上存在显著差异;不同父亲职业初中生在对人焦虑因子上存在显著差异,不同母亲职业初中生在心理健康总分上存在显著差异; 4.初中生主观家庭环境对心理健康的方差分析,结果表明主观家庭环境对初中生部分心理健康因子存在显著影响,具体表现为:不同亲子关系初中生在冲动倾向因子上存在显著差异;不同亲子沟通情况初中生在学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向因子上存在显著差异;不同教养方式初中生在学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、身体症状、冲动倾向及心理健康总分上存在显著差异; 5.家庭环境因子与初中生心理健康多数因子及总分存在显著相关,并且家庭环境某些因子对心理健康有较好的预测作用; 6.完全中介效应检验结果表明,家庭结构对子女心理健康的影响是通过中介变量亲子关系实现的;父、母亲文化程度对子女心理健康的影响都通过中介变量亲子关系实现的。
[Abstract]:Family is the first school for students. As a basic and root education, family education plays an important role in the whole education system of students. It is of great significance to understand and master the family environment of junior high school students and the relationship between them and their mental health status in order to cultivate their good psychological quality and improve their mental health level. Under the influence of system theory, the subjective and objective family factors affecting the mental health of junior high school students were investigated in this paper. A total of 472 students in Grade one, Grade two and Grade three of two ordinary middle schools were studied, and the Family Environment scale (FES-CV) was used. The mental health diagnosis test (MHT) of middle school students and the questionnaire of family basic condition were used as the tools. The results showed that: 1. The mental health status of junior high school students is good; 2. The junior high school students with poor mental health level were compared with those with better mental health level in terms of family structure, place of residence, only child, mother's occupation, parental relationship, parent-child relationship, family happiness, parent-child communication. There are significant differences in rearing styles at different levels. Family affinity, emotional expression, independence, knowledge, entertainment play a significant role in promoting the mental health of junior high school students, while conflict, control play a significant role in hindering the mental health of junior high school students. 3. The variance analysis of objective family environment on mental health of junior high school students shows that the objective family environment has significant influence on some mental health factors of junior high school students. There were significant differences in impulsive tendency and total mental health scores, significant differences in anxiety factors in different father occupation junior high school students, significant differences in mental health total scores in different mothers occupation junior high school students; 4. The variance analysis of subjective family environment on mental health of junior high school students shows that subjective family environment has significant influence on some mental health factors of junior high school students. There are significant differences in factors of impulsive tendency among junior high school students with different parent-child relationships, significant differences in learning anxiety, anxiety about people and loneliness tendency among junior high school students in different parent-child communication situations. There were significant differences in learning anxiety, loneliness, physical symptoms, impulsive tendency and total scores of mental health among junior high school students with different rearing styles. 5. Family environmental factors were significantly correlated with most of the mental health factors and total scores of junior high school students, and some factors of family environment had a good predictive effect on mental health. 6. The result of complete intermediary effect test shows that the influence of family structure on children's mental health is realized by parent-child relationship of intermediary variables, and the influence of father's and mother's education level on children's mental health is realized by parent-child relationship.
