荷兰培养城市开发者的教育方法

【摘要】:经济、人口、气候和科技的根本改变给城市开发者带来了巨大的挑战。城市开发者需要预计城市开发过程中形形色色的变化以及日益增长的不确定性,同时也要平衡社会各种不同的力量。为了使城市管理者和开发者获得最新的与实践紧密结合的知识以胜任他们的工作,荷兰的大学必须创新地设计与时俱进的教学大纲。在本文中,我们将介绍一种在荷兰培养城市管理者和开发者的教学体制,并以荷兰代尔夫特理工大学为例来解释荷兰教学大纲的设计构思。我们将介绍两个不同但相互联系的教学计划:本科—硕士教育和在职硕士后教育。最后,我们总结这种教学构思的特色,以及对中国城市开发者教育的启示。
[Abstract]:Fundamental changes in the economy, population, climate and technology pose enormous challenges to urban developers. Urban developers need to anticipate the variety of changes and increasing uncertainty in the process of urban development, and at the same time balance the various forces of society. In order for city managers and developers to acquire the latest knowledge closely combined with practice to qualify for their work, Dutch universities must innovate in designing curricula that keep pace with the times. In this paper, we will introduce a teaching system to train urban administrators and developers in the Netherlands, and take Delft Polytechnic University of the Netherlands as an example to explain the design idea of the curriculum in the Netherlands. We will introduce two different but interrelated teaching programs: undergraduate-master education and post-graduate education. Finally, we summarize the characteristics of this teaching concept, as well as the enlightenment to Chinese urban developer education.
