“成人”:我国义务教育培养目标的新定位

【摘要】：我国义务教育的培养目标有"劳动者"、"人才"、"建设者和接班人"、"公民"等几种典型的提法。这些提法虽有其时代性和针对性,但其中一个重要问题就在于它仅仅提出了培养什么人的问题,没有解决成为一个人的问题。事实上,"成人"问题恰恰是义务教育培养目标的基础性、普适性和人本性要求。同时,"成人"所提供的丰富内涵和儿童所具有的可塑性、生成性、开放性和关系性等"成人"基础,也为义务教育"成人"培养目标的确立奠定了坚实的理论基础。义务教育的培养目标是"成人",这不仅体现了以人为本的教育理念,体现了家庭、学校和社会的共同愿望和要求,体现了少年儿童身心发展的特点和规律,而且也表明义务教育阶段是个体生理"成人"、心理"成人"和社会"成人"的关键期。
[Abstract]:The training objectives of compulsory education in our country are "laborer", "talent", "builder and successors", "citizen" and so on. Although these references are of the nature and pertinence of the times, one of the important problems is that they only raise the question of who to train, and do not solve the problem of becoming a human being. In fact, the adult problem is the foundation, universality and human nature of the training goal of compulsory education. At the same time, the rich connotation provided by "adult" and the "adult" foundation such as plasticity, generation, openness and relation of children also lay a solid theoretical foundation for the establishment of the training goal of "adult" in compulsory education. The training goal of compulsory education is "adults", which not only embodies the people-oriented educational concept, reflects the common aspirations and requirements of the family, school and society, but also embodies the characteristics and laws of the physical and mental development of children and adolescents. It also shows that the stage of compulsory education is the key period of individual physical "adult", psychological "adult" and social "adult".
