现代远程教育与高职教师教学能力的提高与完善

【摘要】：高职教师教学能力的提高与完善,对于高职教育实现培养应用型人才有着重要意义,而高职教师的教学能力对人才培养质量的影响尤为突出。随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,现代远程教育手段和理念被广泛运用于教育领域,必将引起教育理念、教育方式的变革,也对高职教师教学能力提出了更高的要求。从现代远程教育教师角色变化的分析入手,结合高职教育教师应该具备的教学能力,研究现代远程教育对高职教师教学能力提高与完善的促进作用,对高职教师队伍建设具有非常重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The improvement and perfection of higher vocational teachers' teaching ability is of great significance to the cultivation of applied talents in higher vocational education, and the influence of higher vocational teachers' teaching ability on the quality of talent training is particularly prominent. With the rapid development of modern information technology, modern distance education means and ideas are widely used in the field of education, which will lead to the change of educational ideas and educational methods, and also put forward higher requirements for the teaching ability of higher vocational teachers. Starting with the analysis of the change of the role of teachers in modern distance education, combined with the teaching ability that teachers in higher vocational education should possess, this paper studies the promoting effect of modern distance education on the improvement and perfection of teachers' teaching ability in higher vocational education. It is of great practical significance to the construction of higher vocational teachers.
