学校与社区合作伙伴关系的建构研究
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the educational reform, the school efficiency and the improvement of the school have become more and more important, and the cooperation between the school and the community has become the voice of the times. In recent years, the relationship between the school and the community has made some achievements, but the research on how to work with the community, how to interact, how to solve the problems and problems, and the lack of observation, reflection and guidance on the practice. To respond to the need for cooperation between schools and communities in order to integrate educational resources more efficiently and to promote school development and community-building. This paper studies the cooperation between the school and the community. Taking the Luoyang city as an example, this paper analyzes the status of the cooperation between the primary and secondary schools and the community in the city, mainly adopts the literature analysis, the questionnaire and the interview method to investigate the current situation of the cooperation between the schools and the community in the area of Luoyang, and through the cooperation between the school and the community, The study of the dimensions such as capacity, cooperation, cooperation and evaluation, and the analysis of the achievements, problems and problems of the school and the community in the cooperation. In view of the problems existing in the cooperation between the primary and secondary schools and the community, the author tries to put forward a series of strategies for the cooperation of the school and the community from the practical level: to update the concept of school and community cooperation, to improve the mechanism of the cooperation between the school and the community, to improve the cooperation between the school and the community force; enhance the two-way interaction between the school and the community To promote and guide the active cooperation and proper cooperation of schools and communities to enable the real and effective interaction and harmonious development of schools and communities
