伦理管理:学校组织管理新趋势

【摘要】：学校组织伦理管理将伦理道德规范融入学校管理的全过程,以实现人的全面发展和学校的可持续发展为目的,是学校组织管理的新模式。学校组织伦理管理对建设和谐学校组织、提升学校管理的有效性、重构学校文化有重要意义。实现学校组织伦理管理的路径有树立以人为目的的价值观、进行学校管理制度伦理建设、凸显学校管理中人的交互主体性。
[Abstract]:The school organization ethics management integrates the ethics standard into the school management entire process, in order to realize the person's overall development and the school sustainable development as the goal. It is a new mode of school organization and management. The ethical management of school organization can build harmonious school organization and enhance the effectiveness of school management. It is of great significance to reconstruct school culture. In order to realize the ethical management of school organization, the way to realize the ethical management of school organization is to set up the values for the purpose of people, to construct the ethics of school management system, and to highlight the intersubjectivity of people in school management.
