学校欺负及其干预研究

【摘要】：学校欺负问题愈来愈引发社会和学界的关注,需要建立制度,实现多元主体共同参与的学校欺负"治理"。制度是连接学校欺负干预与教育治理的中介和桥梁,也是教育治理视角下充分发挥学校欺负干预体系作用的保障。需要构建以教育为主的学校欺负干预教育治理体系,建立以建制为主的多学科、多层次、多主体参与的社会支持干预机制。在此基础上,加强以预防为主的学校欺负干预实证研究,逐步逼近"无欺负校园"。
[Abstract]:The school bullying is more and more arousing the attention of the society and the academic circle , and it is necessary to establish the system and realize the school bullying of the multi - body co - participation . The system is the intermediary and the bridge which connects the school bullying and the educational administration . It also plays the role of the school bullying intervention system in the view of the educational administration . It needs to construct the education - oriented school bullying the intervention education management system , establish the multi - disciplinary , multi - level and multi - subject participation of the society support intervention mechanism based on the construction system . On this basis , strengthen the school bullying intervention demonstration study with prevention , and gradually approach " no bullying campus " .
