论校长思维的三个转型

【摘要】：校长作为学校的核心人物,其思维的转型发展在学校发展过程中扮演着重要的角色。校长应该通过找回人、找回校园、找回教育的基本思路,在"育分"到"育人"、"文化"到"文明"、"培训"到"培养"的思维转型之路上,把推动学生自主发展、培育新型卓越人才作为学校发展和校长思维转型的价值导向和培养目标。但在此过程中也会遇到诸如"育人"评价如何开展、校园文明如何实现并维持、综合培养如何达到平衡等困惑,从而凸显校长思维的三个转型发展。
[Abstract]:As the core of the school, the principal plays an important role in the process of school development. The principal should promote the students' independent development on the way of thinking transformation from "education" to "education", "culture" to "civilization", "training" to "training" by retrieving people, retrieving the campus and retrieving the basic ideas of education. Cultivating new and outstanding talents is the value orientation and training goal of school development and principal thinking transformation. However, in the process, we will also encounter such puzzles as how to carry out the evaluation of "educating people", how to realize and maintain the campus civilization, and how to achieve the balance in the comprehensive cultivation, thus highlighting the three transformation and development of the principal's thinking.
