【摘要】:基于问题解决的诊断式校长培训,能够促进参训校长和被诊断学校共同提高。诊断者应立足学校改革实践,在诊断者和被诊断学校共同研讨中,确立有价值的诊断问题;采用包含"点""线""面"三个维度的立体式信息获取途径,有效增加信息获取的广度和深度;应提出富有创新性和操作性的诊断建议,真正促进学校改进。
[Abstract]:Problem-solving based diagnostic principal training can promote the training of principals and diagnostic schools. The diagnostics should base themselves on the practice of school reform, establish the valuable diagnostic problems in the joint discussion between the diagnostics and the diagnosed schools, and adopt a three-dimensional information acquisition approach that includes the three dimensions of "point" line "face", "point" line, "face", and "point", "line" and "face". In order to promote the improvement of schools, we should put forward some innovative and operable diagnostic suggestions in order to increase the breadth and depth of information acquisition.
