项目化运作:“教科研训一体化”的有效操作策略

【摘要】：正县级教师发展中心必须成为"教科研训一体化"的教师专业发展机构,~[1]这是教育主管部门的要求,是县级教师发展中心的职能,也是基础教育教师研训工作的趋势。但是,整合后的教师发展中心真正实施"教科研训一体化"却步履维艰。这既有因循守旧、不思变革的主观原因,也有角色不清、素养不精、机制不健全等方面的客观原因。目前各县区级教师发展中心普遍成立不久,正是转变
[Abstract]:The teachers' development center at the county level must become the teacher professional development institution of "the integration of scientific, scientific, research and training". This is the request of the education department in charge, the function of the teacher development center at the county level, and the trend of the research and training work of the basic education teachers. However, after the integration of teacher development center, the implementation of "scientific research and training integration" is difficult. There are not only some subjective reasons, but also some objective reasons, such as unclear roles, poor quality, imperfect mechanism and so on. At present, the teachers' development centers at the county and district levels have generally been set up soon, which is precisely the transformation.
