台湾、香港、澳门地区校长专业发展制度研究

【摘要】：台湾、香港、澳门三地在校长管理制度上特征各异,香港的校长专业发展与台湾和澳门相比比较规范,澳门多元文化背景下校长专业发展还处于较为自然和原始的状态,制度建构和改善的空间较大,台湾正在经历从中央集权向民主管理的模式转变。
[Abstract]:The three places in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao have different characteristics in the management system of principals. The professional development of principals in Hong Kong is more standardized than that in Taiwan and Macao. Under the multicultural background of Macao, the professional development of principals is still in a relatively natural and primitive state. Taiwan is undergoing a transformation from centralization to democratic management.
