建构主义在中等师范学校英语专业学生阅读课的实验研究

英语阅读在英语教学中占有非常重要的地位。在我国,英语教改历经多年的探索与实践,取得了很大发展,但目前中等师范学校英语专业学生的英语阅读水平普遍较低,自主阅读能力很差。教学中普遍采用传统教学,教师处于中心地位,主导整个课堂,而学生只是被动的接受者。教师更注重词汇、语法和语言点的讲解,忽视了学生阅读水平的提高和自主阅读能力的培养,因而学生的英语阅读方面存在很大问题。建构主义教学理论强调以学生为中心,开展合作学习,认为知识不是由教师传授的,而是由学习者自身在一定的情境下通过自己的学习及他人的帮助,并通过意义建构的方式获得的。结合建构主义理论和学生实际,笔者提出基于建构主义的中师英语专业阅读教学模式。本文旨在探讨基于建构主义教学模式对提高中等师范学校英语专业学生阅读水平和自主阅读能力是否可行,具体研究两个问题:1)建构主义教学能否提高中等师范学校英语专业学生阅读水平?2)建构主义教学能否提高中等师范学校英语专业学生自主阅读能力?笔者以所在单位——河北唐山师范学院玉田分校（中等师范学校性质）英语专业一年级进行了为期18周的阅读教学实验。在笔者所带的两个教学班中,一（3）班被随机抽取为实验班,一（...
