贫困地区幼儿教师培训状况与发展建议

【摘要】:当前各种"国培""省培"幼儿教师培训计划开展得热火朝天,然而贫困地区幼儿教师培训却较少受到关注。调查研究显示,贫困地区幼儿教师培训现状不容乐观,不仅其培训内容难、虚、统、杂,培训形式难以满足当地教师的需要,而且贫困地区幼儿教师接受培训的机会少,困难多。为解决这些问题,政府应加强对贫困地区幼儿教师培训的专项投入和相关制度管理,建立和完善富有实效性的主题式培训内容体系,建构具有层次性与互动性的培训形式,在改善贫困地区幼儿教师生存状态的基础上,为其培训和专业发展拓宽道路。
[Abstract]:At present, all kinds of "national" and "provincial" preschool teacher training programs are flourishing, but the training of early childhood teachers in poor areas has received less attention. The investigation and research show that the current situation of the training of preschool teachers in poor areas is not only difficult, but also difficult to meet the needs of local teachers, and the opportunities of training for teachers in poor areas are few. There are many difficulties. In order to solve these problems, the government should strengthen the special input and relevant system management to the training of preschool teachers in the poor areas, establish and perfect the effective thematic training content system, and construct the training form with levels and interaction. On the basis of improving the living conditions of preschool teachers in poor areas, the training and professional development of preschool teachers should be widened.
