撒哈拉以南非洲儿童早期发展虚拟大学项目研究——学前教育能力建设的视角

【摘要】：为了满足撒哈拉以南非洲对学前教育能力建设的需求,世界银行发起并资助了撒哈拉以南非洲儿童早期发展虚拟大学项目。该项目主要是由撒哈拉以南非洲试点国家选取学员送至儿童早期发展虚拟大学,进行全方位多途径的远程学习。该项目对毕业生、参与国、非洲地区和国际社会都有一定影响。它在能力建设的理念、国际资源的利用、国际项目的本土化、远程教育方式的运用等方面较具代表性。
[Abstract]:To meet the need for capacity-building for preschool education in sub-Saharan Africa, the World Bank initiated and funded the Virtual University for early Childhood Development in sub-Saharan Africa. The project is mainly selected from sub-Saharan Africa pilot countries to send students to the Virtual University of early Childhood Development for a full range of distance learning. The program has implications for graduates, participating countries, the African region and the international community. It is representative in the concept of capacity building, the utilization of international resources, the localization of international projects and the use of distance education.
