领域教学知识视角下学前教师培训效能提升路径探析

【摘要】:领域教学知识(PCK)是教师在教学过程中融合学科与教学知识而形成的一种特殊知识与能力,它是教师特有的、影响教师专业成长的关键因素所在。从提升教师PCK的视角出发,探索学前教师培训效能提升路径:"走进"幼儿园,基于情境案例梳理核心经验;重构新经验,借鉴工作坊模式激发互动式参与;组建学习共同体,创设开放性支持环境促进合作性学习;螺旋式上升,构建评价追踪机制促进可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Domain teaching knowledge (PCK) is a kind of special knowledge and ability formed by teachers' integration of subject and teaching knowledge in the process of teaching. It is unique to teachers and the key factor influencing teachers' professional growth. From the perspective of enhancing teachers' PCK, this paper explores the ways to improve the training efficiency of preschool teachers: "go into" kindergartens, comb core experiences based on situational cases, reconstruct new experiences, and stimulate interactive participation based on workshop model. Set up learning community, create open support environment to promote cooperative learning, spiral rise, construct evaluation tracking mechanism to promote sustainable development.
