职前幼儿教师科学教学效能感培养的实验研究

【摘要】:为了培养职前幼儿教师的科学教学效能感,根据班杜拉和帕尔默的职前教师科学教学效能感形成的信息源设计《幼儿园科学教育》课程的教学活动,对49名学前教育专业本科生进行一学期的教学实验。结果表明,学生个人科学教学效能感和科学教学结果预期都得到显著提高;科学教学方法的掌握、成功的教学经历、符号楷模、认知自我楷模是学生科学教学效能感的最重要的来源,认知内容的掌握、实际教学楷模和模拟楷模是比较重要的来源。
[Abstract]:In order to cultivate the scientific teaching efficacy of preschool teachers, the teaching activities of Kindergarten Science Education course are designed according to the information sources formed by Bandura and Palmer's pre-service teachers' scientific teaching efficacy. The teaching experiment of 49 undergraduates majoring in preschool education for one semester was carried out. The results show that the students' sense of personal science teaching efficacy and the expectation of science teaching results have been significantly improved. The mastery of scientific teaching methods, successful teaching experiences, symbolic role models and cognitive self-models are the most important sources of students' sense of efficacy in science teaching. The mastery of cognitive content, practical teaching models and simulation models are the more important sources.
