我国研究生教育个人需求特征分析

【摘要】:我国已经成为世界研究生教育大国,正在迈向研究生教育强国,如何保持一个积极的发展态势,是当前研究生教育政策必须考虑的问题。通过调查研究,准确把握研究生教育个人需求,对于研究生教育政策的调整,完善有着极其重要的意义。 本文通过问卷调查,从多个维度对我国当前研究生教育个人需求现状及其特征进行定量分析和定性分析。首先,基于人力资本理论、需要层次理论等理论基础,提出了研究生教育个人需求的分析框架,包括需求意愿、需求指向、需求时机、需求目的、需求强度等五个维度。再次,基于上述分析框架,编制了研究生教育个人需求问卷调查表,并进行问卷调查,运用相关统计分析方法,对研究生教育个人需求及其特征进行了定量分析,继之,从5个方面对研究生教育个人需求及其特征进行了定性研究,并分析了产生这些特征的原因。最后,提出了相关的政策建议,包括刺激需求,保持研究生教育积极发展态势;调整供需,优化研究生教育结构;引导需求,形成积极、健康的研究生教育个人需求格局。
[Abstract]:China has become the world's graduate education in the country, is to graduate education, how to maintain a positive momentum of development, is the current graduate education policy must consider the question. Through the investigation and study, accurately grasp the individual needs of graduate education, Graduate Education for policy adjustment, has extremely important significance to perfect.
This article through the questionnaire survey, from the multiple dimensions of China's current situation of postgraduate education of individual needs and characteristics of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Firstly, based on the human capital theory, hierarchy of needs theory, proposes a framework for analyzing the individual needs of graduate education, including the demand, demand orientation, demand time, demand to the five dimensions of demand intensity. Once again, the above analysis framework based on the preparation of postgraduate personal needs education questionnaire and questionnaire survey, by using statistical analysis method, the individual needs and characteristics of graduate education are analyzed quantitatively, then, from 5 aspects of qualitative research for education needs of individuals and the characteristics of graduate students, and analyzes the reasons for these features. Finally, puts forward relevant policy suggestions, including to stimulate demand, maintain graduate education actively Developing trend, adjusting supply and demand, optimizing graduate education structure, guiding demand, forming a positive and healthy individual demand pattern of postgraduate education.
