【摘要】：随着职业教育在我国的迅速发展,职业技术教育学正在形成相对独立的学科体系。目前,我国职业技术教育学硕士研究生教育已形成一定规模。包括职业技术教育学在内的硕士研究生培养质量已成为教育领域关注的热点问题。本文以职业技术教育硕士研究生培养质量为研究内容,以陕西省职业技术教育硕士学位授权点高校为样本,在文献调查、问卷调查和个别访谈的基础上,深入分析影响职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养质量关键因素。在现状分析研究的基础上,本文运用全面质量管理理论,阐释分析职业技术教育学硕士研究生的全过程管理特点,从招生、培养、质量监控等提出了陕西省职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养质量的提升路径。本文以全面质量管理为理论基础,对我国职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养质量进行了阐释分析,探讨了“招生、培养、保障”三大环节在职业技术教育硕士研究生培养质量作用,借鉴美、德等国家职业教育学硕士研究生培养的先进经验,提出了构建“招生-培养-监督保障”三位一体的职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养体系和质量提升路径。本文重点对以下三个方面展开研究:1、职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养质量的内涵界定及相关理论。系统梳理和借鉴部分学者的研究成果,对职业技术教育学硕士研究生质量内涵、特征、要素等进行阐释和厘清,以全面质量管理理论为基础,重点研究“招生-培养-保障”三大环节的职业技术教育硕士研究生过程管理问题。2、以陕西省职业技术教育学硕士学位授权点高校为研究案例,分析研究职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养质量的现状及影响因素。通过职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养质量提升的调查问卷,对陕西省相关高校进行调研分析。在调研数据统计分析的基础上,深度解析招生、培养、保障三个环节在研究生培养质量关键作用。3、在分析职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养质量现状的基础上,借鉴美、德等发达国家的先进经验,从全面质量管理理论视角,有针对性地提出了提升职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养质量的有效路径。综上所述,本论文通过相应的研究分析,探析陕西省职业技术教育学硕士研究生在培养过程中出现的问题及原因,将全面质量管理的理论运用于职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养质量保障体系的构建中,提出了有针对性的有效路径:高度重视招生工作、注重培养过程管理,加强质量保障体系建设等三方面来优化并完善陕西省职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养的质量保障模式,促进职业技术教育学学科的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of vocational education in China, vocational and technical education is forming a relatively independent discipline system. The postgraduate education of vocational and technical education in China has formed a certain scale. The quality of postgraduate training including vocational and technical education has become a hot issue in the field of education. This paper focuses on vocational and technical education. The quality of graduate education is the research content. On the basis of literature investigation, questionnaire survey and individual interviews, this paper takes universities and colleges in Shaanxi Province as samples to authorize master's degree in vocational and technical education. On the basis of the analysis of the present situation, this paper uses the theory of total quality management to explain and analyze the characteristics of the whole process management of postgraduates in vocational and technical education. From the aspects of enrollment, training and quality control, this paper puts forward the way to improve the training quality of postgraduates of vocational and technical education in Shaanxi Province. This paper is based on the theory of total quality management (TQM). This paper expounds and analyzes the training quality of postgraduates in vocational and technical education in China, and probes into the role of "enrollment, cultivation and guarantee" in the cultivation quality of postgraduates in vocational and technical education. Advanced experience in training postgraduates of Master of Vocational Education in Germany and other countries, This paper puts forward a trinity of "enrollment, training, supervision and security" to construct the training system and quality improvement path of postgraduates in vocational and technical education. This paper focuses on the following three aspects: 1, vocational and technical education. The connotation and related theories of the cultivation quality of graduate students, systematically combing out and drawing lessons from the research results of some scholars, This paper explains and clarifies the quality connotation, characteristics and elements of postgraduates in vocational and technical education, which is based on the theory of total quality management (TQM). This paper focuses on the process management of postgraduates in vocational and technical education in the three links of "enrollment, cultivation and guarantee", and takes colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province as a case study. This paper analyzes the present situation and influencing factors of the cultivation quality of postgraduates in vocational and technical education. Through the questionnaire of improving the training quality of postgraduates in vocational and technical education, On the basis of the statistical analysis of the investigation data, the author deeply analyzes the enrollment and cultivation of the colleges and universities concerned in Shaanxi Province. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of postgraduate training quality in vocational and technical education, and drawing on the advanced experience of developed countries such as the United States and Germany, and from the perspective of total quality management theory, the guarantee of three links plays a key role in the quality of graduate education. This paper puts forward an effective way to improve the training quality of postgraduates in vocational and technical education. This paper probes into the problems and causes in the training process of the postgraduates of vocational and technical education in Shaanxi Province, and applies the theory of total quality management to the construction of the quality assurance system for the cultivation of postgraduates of vocational and technical education. This paper puts forward three effective ways: attaching great importance to recruiting students, paying attention to the management of training process, and strengthening the construction of quality assurance system to optimize and perfect the quality assurance mode of postgraduate training in vocational and technical education in Shaanxi Province. To promote the sustainable development of vocational and technical pedagogy.
