江西省研究生培养质量评价指标及实证分析

【摘要】：从研究生培养质量内涵和影响因素出发,构建研究生培养质量评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和德尔菲法确定各指标的权重,最后对江西省内研究生培养质量进行实证分析,并对提高江西省研究生培养质量提出对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Starting from the connotation and influencing factors of graduate training quality, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of graduate student cultivation quality, determines the weight of each index by using AHP and Delphi method, and finally carries on the empirical analysis to the graduate student cultivation quality in Jiangxi province. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of postgraduate training in Jiangxi Province.
