试论教育生态学视角下的学术学位硕士研究生课程建设——以C9高校为例

【摘要】：从教育生态学的视角考察,具有一支高水平、业务精湛且品行良好的师资队伍、契合的授课内容与方式、先进的教学设施等是保证学术学位硕士生课程教学生态系统良性运行的基本要素。以此为前提,对C9高校学术学位硕士生课程建设情况及相关影响因素进行实证调研与分析,发现这些国内一流大学在课程和课程体系建设上仍存在许多不足。针对这些问题,以构建可持续发展的学术学位硕士生课程教学生态系统为目的,从教学目的、课程体系、课程内容、授课方法、课程形式与教学管理等方面提出具体的建议。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of educational ecology, there is a high level, professional skills and good conduct of the teaching staff, suitable teaching content and methods, Advanced teaching facilities are the basic elements to ensure the healthy operation of the teaching ecosystem of the master's degree course. On this premise, this paper makes an empirical investigation and analysis on the curriculum construction of academic master degree students in C9 colleges and finds that there are still many deficiencies in the construction of curriculum and curriculum system in these first-class universities in China. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions from the aspects of teaching purpose, curriculum system, course content, teaching method, course form and teaching management.
