研究生职业发展教育中导师角色与作用的转变

【摘要】：从传统的研究生导师的角色与职责出发,指出了研究生在就业困难的新形势下,导师在研究生职业发展教育中的角色地位转变的必要性与转变的方向,并提出可供借鉴的操作方案,即促进导师角色由"学术导师"向"生涯导师"转变。
[Abstract]:Starting from the role and responsibility of the traditional graduate tutor, this paper points out the necessity and direction of the transformation of the role position of the graduate student in the postgraduates' professional development education under the new situation of employment difficulties. The paper also puts forward the operational plan that can be used for reference, that is, to promote the transformation of the role of tutor from academic mentor to career mentor.
