全日制专业学位研究生教育与职业资格认证衔接的模式、影响因素及改革路径

【摘要】：通过归纳已有的全方位衔接、职业资格作为专业学位研究生报考条件、免考职业资格考试部分科目、缩短实践时间等四种衔接模式,分析影响专业学位研究生教育与职业资格认证衔接的因素:专业学位对应职业的专业化程度与人才培养质量、行业职业资格准入制度的完备性、高校对专业学位研究生教育的认识、实践基地对专业学位研究生培养的积极性、行政管理部门间的协调沟通机制、人才培养的经费投入等。提出了建立部门间沟通协调机制,选择适宜的衔接模式,发挥高校培养主体的作用,强化实践基地作用,完善投入和经费保障机制等建议。
[Abstract]:By summing up the existing omnidirectional convergence, vocational qualification is regarded as a condition for applying for an examination for a professional degree graduate student, some subjects are exempted from the examination, and the practice time is shortened. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the link between professional degree graduate education and professional qualification certification: the degree of specialization of professional degree corresponding to occupation and the quality of personnel training, the completeness of professional qualification admission system. The understanding of professional degree graduate education in colleges and universities, the enthusiasm of practice base for the cultivation of professional degree graduate students, the coordination and communication mechanism among administrative departments, the investment of personnel training and so on. Some suggestions are put forward such as establishing inter-departmental communication and coordination mechanism, choosing appropriate mode of convergence, giving play to the role of the main body of training in colleges and universities, strengthening the role of practice base, and perfecting the mechanism of investment and fund guarantee.
