【摘要】：2007年，国家提出高等职业院校单独招生政策试点，这一政策的出现，不但打破了传统高考“一考定终身”的局面，更有利于高职院校选拔和培养专业技能型人才，促进高职教育的良性发展，从长远的角度来看，更有利于完善我国国民教育体系，促进我国高等教育系统的多元化发展，有利于调整生源合理配置，促进我国国民经济体系和国家经济建设的发展。本文将探寻高等职业教育单独招生政策的源起与发展，并对高等职业教育单独招生政策在江西省的发展情况进行调查与分析，总结目前该政策在江西省实施的过程中已经取得的成就与尚存在的问题，，探讨该策是否对江西省高等职业教育系统的发展起到促进作用，并对该政策目前尚存在的问题进行分析，以求给出该政策在今后的发展方向及发展对策的建议，以完善该政策并结合江西省地方经济建设形成一套据有江西省特色的高等职业教育单独招生政策，从而完善江西省高等职业教育体系，促进江西省高等职业教育更好更快的发展，为地方经济建设做贡献。
[Abstract]:In 2007, our country put forward the individual enrollment policy of higher vocational colleges and universities. The appearance of this policy not only broke the situation of the traditional college entrance examination "one test for life". More conducive to the selection and training of professional skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges, to promote the benign development of higher vocational education, from a long-term perspective, more conducive to the improvement of our national education system. To promote the diversified development of our higher education system is beneficial to adjust the rational allocation of students and promote the development of our national economic system and national economic construction. This article will explore the origin and development of individual enrollment policy of higher vocational education, and investigate and analyze the development of individual enrollment policy of higher vocational education in Jiangxi Province. This paper summarizes the achievements and problems existing in the implementation of this policy in Jiangxi Province, and discusses whether the policy can promote the development of higher vocational education system in Jiangxi Province. And the existing problems of the policy are analyzed in order to give the development direction of the policy in the future and suggestions for development countermeasures. In order to perfect the policy and combine the local economic construction of Jiangxi Province to form a set of unique enrollment policy of higher vocational education with the characteristics of Jiangxi Province, so as to perfect the higher vocational education system of Jiangxi Province. To promote higher vocational education in Jiangxi Province better and faster development, to contribute to local economic construction.
