【摘要】:目前,高职人才培养质量难以满足社会需求,与之相应的师资队伍很难适应这种变化,其根源在于高职院校缺乏与市场发展相衔接的改革和创新。从供给侧结构性改革深刻的内涵和科学的逻辑出发,树立对高职的师资队伍进行结构性开发的革新理念,明确结构性改革的方向和任务,对教师资源进行有效的战略性开发,构建适应性和灵活性都较强的管理系统是提高人才培养质量、满足劳动力市场各项需求的有效途径,也是解决区域经济发展过程中劳动力"滞胀"现象的有效对策。
[Abstract]:At present, the quality of talents training in higher vocational colleges is difficult to meet the needs of the society, and it is difficult for the corresponding teachers to adapt to this change. Its root lies in the lack of reform and innovation which is connected with the development of the market. The profound connotation and scientific logic of the supply-side structural reform are considered. Set up the innovation idea of structural development to the teachers of higher vocational education, clear the direction and task of structural reform, and carry on the effective strategic development to the teacher resources. Building a management system with strong adaptability and flexibility is an effective way to improve the quality of personnel training and meet the needs of the labor market. It is also an effective countermeasure to solve the phenomenon of stagflation in the process of regional economic development.
