【摘要】：第四次工业革命的特征是深度网络化、生态化、智能化和生产组织分布化。第四次工业革命对职业教育的影响主要体现在:其一,对职业教育体系结构与人才规格提出新诉求;其二,职业教育手段、教育流程与教育治理面临以信息化与智能化为主体新科技的浸润改造;其三,对职业教育的经济功能、政治功能、文化功能提出更高要求;其四,对职业教育师资队伍建设在专业构成、智能结构与教学能力方面提出新需求。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of the 4th industrial revolution are deep network, ecological, intelligent and production organization distribution. 4th industrial revolutions mainly reflected in the impact of vocational education: first. Put forward a new demand to the structure of vocational education system and talent specification; Secondly, vocational education means, educational process and educational governance are faced with the infiltration and transformation of new science and technology with information and intelligence as the main body; Third, higher requirements for the economic, political and cultural functions of vocational education; Fourth, it puts forward a new demand for the construction of vocational education teachers in the aspects of professional constitution, intelligent structure and teaching ability.
