【摘要】：职业教育系统沿自组织逻辑发展,是实现职业教育持久有序发展的理想路径。而职业教育自组织系统的生成必须依托于系统内生动力的推动,故职业教育自组织发展动力的系统分析合法登场并理应成为职业教育发展研究的当务之急。基于系统科学和自组织理论,以内涵框架解读探寻生成机理,以动力源挖掘探究源动力,以动力要素解析架构动力系统模型,实现自组织逻辑对职业教育发展动力系统的理性透视和分析。
[Abstract]:The development of vocational education system along the logic of self-organization is the ideal way to realize the lasting and orderly development of vocational education, and the generation of self-organization system of vocational education must depend on the promotion of the endogenous power of the system. Therefore, the systematic analysis of the motive force of self-organization development of vocational education is legitimate and should be the urgent task of the study of vocational education development. Based on the theory of system science and self-organization, this paper tries to explore the mechanism of generation by means of connotative framework. This paper explores the source power by the power source, constructs the dynamic system model by analyzing the power elements, and realizes the rational perspective and analysis of the self-organizing logic to the dynamic system of vocational education development.
