【摘要】：文化素质培养是现代教育中素质教育的重要组成部分，在高职高专院校人才培养体系中处于基础性地位。文化素质培养体现了教育观念、教育思想、教育实践和人才观的改革创新，是全面推进素质教育的一个重要切入点。当前我国高职高专院校学生文化素质状况不容乐观，主要表现为人文知识面偏窄，知识结构不合理；口头和文字表达能力、动手能力、心理承受能力、协调人际关系能力等较差；抵御各种错误文化思想渗透和侵蚀的能力不强。加强大学生文化素质培养，研究建立高等院校文化素质培养模式，对于全面实施“大学生素质教育”，构建以提高学生素质为核心的中国特色社会主义高等教育人才培养体系，，具有十分重要的意义；对于实施“科教兴国”、“人才强国”战略，培养全面发展人才和全面建设小康社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴的高素质创新型人才至关重要。随着“面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划”等计划的实施，文化素质培养工作己成为落实“科教兴国”、“人才强国”战略的重要措施。许多学者都从不同的角度对文化素质及文化素质培养的内涵、实施文化素质培养工作的途径，以及如何在专业教育中渗透、贯穿文化素质培养进行了广泛的研究和精辟的阐述。就目前高职高专院校的文化素质培养现状而言，有针对性的文化素质培养课程比较少，尚缺乏将文化素质培养课程体系纳入教学计划和考核系统的研究与实践探索；缺乏可操作性的文化素质培养评价体系；部分高职高专院校没有相应的文化学科和领导组织，师资队伍匾乏，教师文化素养不高，学校没有形成很好的教师队伍培训机制，课程量不够，学生选修的空间不大，因人设课的现象普遍存在等等。本课题通过对文化素质培养培养模式的研究与探讨，构建高职高专院校文化素质培养培养模式，主要是为高职高专院校深入开展文化素质培养和管理提供一定的参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of cultural quality is an important part of quality education in modern education, which is in a basic position in the talent training system of higher vocational and technical colleges. The cultivation of cultural quality embodies the educational concept and educational thought. The reform and innovation of educational practice and talent view is an important entry point to promote quality education. At present, the cultural quality of the students in higher vocational colleges and colleges in China is not optimistic, which mainly shows that the humanistic knowledge is narrow and the knowledge structure is unreasonable. Poor verbal and verbal skills, hands-on skills, psychological tolerance, and ability to coordinate interpersonal relationships; The ability to resist the infiltration and erosion of various wrong cultural thoughts is not strong. To strengthen the cultivation of college students' cultural quality, and to study and establish the cultivation mode of cultural quality in colleges and universities, the "quality education for college students" can be carried out in an all-round way. It is of great significance to construct the talent training system of socialist higher education with Chinese characteristics with the core of improving students' quality. It is of great importance to carry out the strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education", "strengthening the country with talent", cultivating talents in an all-round way, building a well-off society in an all-round way, and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. With the implementation of the Action Plan for the Revitalization of Education on 21th century, the cultivation of cultural quality has become the implementation of "rejuvenating the country through science and education". From different angles, many scholars have studied the connotation of cultural quality and cultural quality cultivation, the ways to carry out cultural quality training, and how to infiltrate it in professional education. Through the cultural quality training has carried on the extensive research and the incisive elaboration. On the present higher vocational colleges cultural quality cultivation present situation, the targeted cultural quality training curriculum is relatively few. There is still a lack of research and practical exploration to bring the cultural quality training curriculum system into the teaching plan and examination system. Lack of operable cultural quality training evaluation system; Some higher vocational colleges do not have the corresponding cultural disciplines and leadership organizations, the lack of teachers, teachers' cultural literacy is not high, the school has not formed a good teacher training mechanism, the curriculum is not enough. There is not much space for students to choose courses, and so on. Through the research and discussion of the cultivation model of cultural quality, this topic constructs the cultivation model of cultural quality in higher vocational and technical colleges. It is a reference for higher vocational colleges to develop cultural quality training and management.
