【摘要】：随着中国经济的发展，高职院校所处的环境发生了巨大的变化。宁德职业技术院作为宁德市唯一的一所高职院校发展缓慢，面临着诸多严峻的挑战，特别是招生人数连年增长非常缓慢，迫切需要进行相应的战略理论研究以指导学院实践工作。本文在分析了宁德职业技术学院外部环境和内部环境的基础上,研究了学院的办学现状,提出了切合实际的发展战略。首先,本文对高职教育理论、战略管理基础理论、高职教育战略理论进行了综述。其次,本文运用PEST模型和波特五力模型对宁德职业技术学院外部环境进行分析，总结出学院的机遇和威胁；并从资源和能力方面分析了宁德职业技术学院的内部环境，总结出学院的优、劣势。最后,本文运用SWOT的分析方法和大矩阵分析选择出学院的发展战略为差异化战略。论文从人才培养目标、教师队伍建设、专业建设、校园文化建设、品牌建设等方面，，具体分析了学院战略的实施，提出学院战略保障体系。本文出发点在于理论联系实际,将差异化战略的理念引入到宁德职业技术学院的战略发展中，为进一步提升学院的竞争力提供思路和方法。期望本项研究对宁德职业技术学院的未来发展具有一定的指导意义，对同类高职院的发展也具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy, the environment of higher vocational colleges has changed greatly. As the only vocational college in Ningde City, Ningde Vocational and Technical College is facing many severe challenges. Especially the annual growth of enrollment is very slow, it is urgent to carry out the corresponding strategic theoretical research to guide the practical work of the college. This paper analyzes the external and internal environment of Ningde Vocational and Technical College. This paper studies the present situation of running a school and puts forward a practical development strategy. First of all, this paper summarizes the theory of higher vocational education, the basic theory of strategic management, the strategic theory of higher vocational education. This paper analyzes the external environment of Ningde Vocational and Technical College by using PEST model and Porter's five Force Model, and summarizes the opportunities and threats of the college. And from the aspect of resources and ability to analyze the internal environment of Ningde Vocational and Technical College, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the college. Finally. This paper uses SWOT analysis method and large matrix analysis to select the development strategy of the college as the differentiation strategy. This paper from the talent training goal, the construction of teachers, professional construction, campus culture construction. Brand construction and other aspects, specific analysis of the implementation of college strategy, put forward the college strategy security system. The starting point of this paper is to combine theory with practice and introduce the concept of differentiation strategy into the strategic development of Ningde Vocational and Technical College. It is expected that this study will have certain guiding significance for the future development of Ningde Vocational and Technical College, and will also have certain reference value for the development of similar vocational colleges.
