【摘要】：鉴于职业教育在我国出现的时间并不长,因此教学管理方面呈现出各种各样的问题,这要求教学实践中应加强创新和改革,以应对市场发展中对于人才的要求。我国茶文化具有千百年历史,茶文化中也包含着很多管理方面的内容。本文重点阐释高职教育改革创新工作中以茶文化中蕴含的哲学思想作为基本精髓,为教学管理改革融入新的创意。本文详细突出茶文化渗透在高职教育教学管理中的创新和突破,希望给予有关人士一些有效性的帮助。
[Abstract]:In view of the occupation education in our country there is not a long time, so the teaching management has a variety of problems, which requires to strengthen the innovation and reform of teaching practice, in order to cope with the development of the market for talent. Chinese tea culture has thousands of years of history, also contains tea culture in many aspects of management this paper focuses on higher vocational education. The reform and innovation in philosophy contains tea culture as the basic essence, into new ideas for the reform of teaching management. This paper highlights the tea culture penetration in teaching management in Higher Vocational Education Innovation and breakthrough, hope to give the relevant persons some effective help.
