江西外语外贸职业学院中韩合作办学的项目管理研究

【摘要】:中外合作办学是中国上世纪80年代以来出现的教育新现象,是我们的教育探索国际化战略的举措。办学从无到有,由弱到强,经过几十年的艰难发展,就整体而言,中外合作的办学数量有了大幅提升,地点不仅从北上广深,江浙沪发达城市扩大到中西部地区,办学层次也从幼儿园到硕博教育也在逐步提升,合作办学方式也逐渐扩大化复杂化,这些都给我们的教育者和受教育者提供了良好的平台。但是,经过近几年大量教育家、学者和合作办学从业人员的研究发现,中外合作办学的诸多问题如办学不严谨、违反办学宗旨、办学层次参差不齐等也给国人带来了很多的负面影响,甚至危及家长和学生对学校与教育机构的信任度。 在本论文中,,作者介绍了项目管理的基本理论,管理学的实际应用,介绍了目前我国中外合作办学的基本情况以及所在单位江西外语外贸职业学院的中外合作办学情况,结合近几年在中外合作办学中的实际工作经验,作者通过把项目管理理论有效地运用到中外合作办学项目的管理中,以期能使得我院的中韩合作办学在项目管理运行模式下,优化教务系统,提高双方管理职能,加强教师师资队伍建设,拓宽中外合作办学的模式,进一步强化专业办学优势和特色。本人旨在通过整理前人研究的成果,深入的分析和讨论以上所阐述到的问题,对我院的中韩合作办学提出具有指导性意见的建议,以期取得更加长足良好的发展。
[Abstract]:Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is a new phenomenon of education since -20s in China. It is a measure of our educational exploration and internationalization strategy. From scratch, from weak to strong, it has been developing hard for several decades. On the whole, the number of Sino-foreign cooperative schools has been greatly improved, not only from the north to Guangzhou and Shenzhen, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai developed cities to expand to the central and western regions, the school level is also gradually upgrading from kindergarten to education. The cooperative way of running a school has gradually expanded and become more and more complicated, which provides a good platform for our educators and educatees. However, after a large number of educators in recent years. The research of scholars and cooperative school operators found that many problems of Sino-foreign cooperative education, such as the lack of strict running school, violating the purpose of running a school, and uneven levels of running a school have also brought a lot of negative effects to the Chinese people. It even endangers the trust of parents and students in schools and educational institutions. In this paper, the author introduces the basic theory of project management, the practical application of management. This paper introduces the basic situation of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in our country and the situation of Sino-foreign cooperation in the Jiangxi Vocational College of Foreign language and Foreign Trade, and combines with the practical work experience in recent years in the field of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools. Through the effective application of the project management theory to the management of Chinese-foreign cooperative school-running projects, the author hopes to optimize the educational administration system under the operational mode of project management. Improve the management functions of both sides, strengthen the construction of teachers, broaden the mode of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, further strengthen the advantages and characteristics of professional schools. This paper analyzes and discusses the problems discussed above, and puts forward some guiding suggestions for the cooperation between China and South Korea, in order to achieve a better development by leaps and bounds.
