新媒体时代高职院校思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：在国民教育体系中,高职院校是重要的组成部分,同时高职学生是经济建设的主要技能人才来源之一,其综合素质和培养质量直接影响到了国家的发展与社会进步。与此同时,高职学生在国民教育体系中具有一定的特殊性,高职学生在思想、心理、文化素质和职业发展等方面有着其他院校学生所不具备的特性。在新媒体传播快速发展的新时期,思想政治教育者要充分认识到新媒体对于高职学生以及高职院校思想政治教育的重要作用,并同时能够充分认识到新媒体环境的机遇与挑战,进而不断地调整思想政治教育的策略,提升效能和人才培养质量。基于新媒体时代高职院校思想政治教育的特殊性,本文试图通过对其展开研究,寻找到提升高职院校思想政治教育质量和效能的重要方法。在本文研究过程中,将会以新媒体传播视角作为基本研究视域,而后在分析新媒体对高职学生和高职院校思想政治教育影响的基础之上,对新媒体时代的思想政治教育机遇与挑战进行全面的研究,为新媒体时代高职院校思想政治教育创新与发展提供条件。课题研究是一个系统化的研究过程,在本文的课题研究过程中,文献研究法、实地调查法成为主要研究手段,经过了概念界定和理论梳理一—现象研究与表象分析——问题分析——策略寻找的基本流程,进而获得推动高职院校思想政治教育发展的研究成果,寻找到了新媒体时代高职院校思想政治教育的策略,包括：提升高职院校思想政治教育者的新媒体能力、创新思想政治教育内容、创新新媒体时代的思想政治教育载体、提升高职学生新媒体素养等多个方面。
[Abstract]:In the national education system, higher vocational colleges are an important part, and higher vocational students are one of the main sources of skilled talents in economic construction. Its comprehensive quality and training quality directly affect the development of the country and social progress. At the same time, higher vocational students have certain particularity in the national education system, higher vocational students are thinking and psychology. Cultural quality and career development and other aspects of other colleges and universities do not have the characteristics of students in the new era of rapid development of new media dissemination. Ideological and political educators should fully recognize the important role of new media for higher vocational students and higher vocational colleges ideological and political education, and at the same time, can fully recognize the opportunities and challenges of the new media environment. Then constantly adjust the strategy of ideological and political education, improve the efficiency and talent training quality. Based on the particularity of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in the new media era, this paper tries to carry out a study on it. To find an important way to improve the quality and efficiency of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. In the research process of this paper, the perspective of new media communication will be taken as the basic research horizon. Then on the basis of analyzing the influence of new media on the ideological and political education of higher vocational students and higher vocational colleges, the paper makes a comprehensive study on the opportunities and challenges of ideological and political education in the new media era. This paper provides conditions for the innovation and development of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in the new media era. The field investigation method has become the main research means, through the concept definition and the theory combing-phenomenon research and the appearance analysis-the question analysis-the strategy search basic flow. And then obtain the research results of promoting the development of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, and find out the strategies of ideological and political education in the new media era, including: to enhance the new media ability of ideological and political educators in higher vocational colleges. To innovate the content of ideological and political education, to innovate the carrier of ideological and political education in the new media era, and to promote the new media literacy of higher vocational students.
