【摘要】:21世纪是知识经济的时代,人才的培养及其使用效率已经成为影响竞争力的重要因素.我国的高职教育为了适应快速发展的经济而迅猛发展,成为高等教育的重要组成部分.高职院校成了培养高技能人才的主要基地,所培养的人才直接进入人力资源市场,影响着一个国家经济的发展.特别是随着经济全球一体化的发展,人才的竞争越来越激烈,在人才竞争的背景下,提高高职教育的办学效率,,是有效利用有限资源为促进国民经济的发展提供人力资源的根本保证.近年,高职院校的教育评价成为人们关注的焦点,事实上,对高职院校进行科学、合理的评价,找到存在的问题,有利于高职院校明确办学方向、改善办学条件、加强和优化师资队伍建设、改进和完善学校管理制度、提高教育教学质量、促进高职教育健康、和谐、可持续的发展. 本文应用模糊数学的相关理论探究高职院校教育评价的数量化方法,以期为教育管理者进行科学决策提供一定的参考作用. 本文内容主要包括以下三个方面: (1)模糊综合评价与层次分析法在高职院校课堂教学质量评价中的应用.根据当前高职院校的课堂实际教学情况,提出高职院校课堂教学质量的评价体系;分别利用模糊综合评价法和模糊层次分析法,对高职院校课堂教学质量进行定性和定量相结合的分析,给出了评价的一般步骤,并通过实例说明了相应算法的有效性. (2)区间直觉模糊集在高职院校学生综合素质评价中的应用.在详细分析高职院校的人才培养目标的基础上,建立了高职院校学生综合素质的评价指标体系;运用区间直觉模糊集的相关概念和排序理论,提出高职院校学生综合素质的一种定量评价方法,并举例说明了这种方法的实际应用. (3)模糊数据包络分析(模糊DEA)在高职院校办学效益评价中的应用.讨论了高职院校办学效益评价的指标体系,依据浙江省8所高职院校的实际数据,详细说明了模糊DEA方法在高职院校办学效益评价中的具体应用,并根据计算结果提出了提高目前高职院校办学效益的相关对策.
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the era of knowledge economy, the cultivation of talents and their use efficiency has become an important factor affecting the competitiveness of our country's higher vocational education in order to adapt to the rapid development of the economy and rapid development. As an important part of higher education, higher vocational colleges have become the main base for the cultivation of highly skilled personnel, and the trained talents directly enter the human resources market. It affects the development of a country's economy, especially with the development of global economic integration, the competition of talents is becoming more and more fierce. Under the background of talent competition, the efficiency of higher vocational education should be improved. In recent years, the educational evaluation of higher vocational colleges has become the focus of attention, in fact, the higher vocational colleges are scientific. Reasonable evaluation and finding out the existing problems are helpful for higher vocational colleges to make clear the direction of running a school, to improve the conditions of running a school, to strengthen and optimize the construction of teachers, to improve and perfect the school management system, and to improve the quality of education and teaching. To promote the healthy, harmonious and sustainable development of higher vocational education. This paper probes into the quantitative methods of educational evaluation in higher vocational colleges by applying the relevant theories of fuzzy mathematics in order to provide some reference for educational administrators to make scientific decisions. This paper mainly includes the following three aspects: 1) the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process in the evaluation of classroom teaching quality in higher vocational colleges. According to the actual teaching situation in higher vocational colleges at present, the evaluation system of classroom teaching quality in higher vocational colleges is put forward. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of classroom teaching quality in higher vocational colleges is carried out, and the general steps of evaluation are given. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the algorithm. 2) the application of interval intuitionistic fuzzy set in the comprehensive quality evaluation of students in higher vocational colleges. The evaluation index system of students' comprehensive quality in higher vocational colleges is established. Based on the concept of interval intuitionistic fuzzy set and the ranking theory, a quantitative evaluation method for the comprehensive quality of students in higher vocational colleges is put forward, and the practical application of this method is illustrated by examples. 3) the application of Fuzzy data Envelopment Analysis (FDAA) in the evaluation of school-running benefit in higher vocational colleges, and the index system of evaluation of school-running benefit in higher vocational colleges is discussed. According to the actual data of 8 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province, the application of fuzzy DEA method in the evaluation of the efficiency of higher vocational colleges is explained in detail. According to the result of calculation, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the efficiency of higher vocational colleges.
