美国改善注册学徒制的措施及启示

【摘要】：21世纪以来,美国政府为加强学徒制建设采取了许多重要举措:如,加强注册学徒制的可移植性,将行业认证融入到注册学徒制项目中,由雇主参与开发国家的注册学徒制标准和政府支持雇主参与开发注册学徒制的标准等。我国的职业教育和美国的职业教育有许多相似之处,我国的现代学徒制也在蓬勃发展中,学习美国的注册学徒制建设对我国建立现代学徒制具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the American government has taken many important measures to strengthen the construction of apprenticeship system: for example, to strengthen the portability of registered apprenticeship system and to integrate the industry certification into the registered apprenticeship program. There are many similarities between China's vocational education and American vocational education, such as the standards of registered apprenticeship system in the countries where employers are involved in the development of the registered apprenticeship system and the standards of the government supporting the employers to participate in the development of the registered apprenticeship system. The modern apprenticeship system in our country is also developing vigorously. It is of great significance to study the construction of registered apprenticeship system in America for the establishment of modern apprenticeship system in our country.
