【摘要】：文化素质作为一种基础性的素质,在高职学生的全面发展和可持续发展中发挥着重要的作用。文章从文化素质是学生综合素质的文化基础、是学生职业素质的文化基础,是学生社会素质的文化基础三个方面,从学生人生发展、职业发展、事业发展的角度,分析了文化素质在学生全面发展和可持续发展中的作用。文章通过对文化素质在学生发展中作用的分析,旨在为研究高职院校学生文化素质培养问题提供基础和前提。
[Abstract]:The cultural quality as one of the basic qualities, plays an important role in the overall development of students and sustainable development. The cultural quality is the cultural foundation of the comprehensive quality of students, is the cultural foundation of students' occupation quality, are three aspects of the cultural foundation of social development, the quality of students, students from occupation life the development of career development perspective, analyzes the role of cultural quality in students' all-round development and sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the role of cultural quality in the development of the students, in order to provide the basis and premise for the study of Higher Vocational College Students' cultural quality cultivation.
