【摘要】:挫折教育是实现高职院校培养目标和提高高职院校学生综合素质的有效措施。挫折教育的涵义可以从两个方面阐述:一方面是指在科学教育思想的指导下,根据学生的身心发展和教育的需要,在教育的过程中,创造人为挫折,激发学生的潜力,使他们养成正视挫折,敢于尝试的习惯;另一方面是指在学生遭受挫折时,正确引导他们如何战胜困难,从困境中崛起,成为意志坚强的人。高职院校开展学生挫折教育从教育主体、教育对象和教育环境来看都具有特殊性。高职院校开展学生挫折教育是高职院校实现培养目标的必然要求,是增强高职院校学生综合素质的有效手段,是高职院校学生适应现代社会发展的客观需要,是提高高职院校学生挫折教育实效性的必然选择。高职院校开展学生挫折教育的总体目标是使学生掌握应对挫折的正确方法,,乐观面对生活,促进学生全面发展,健康成才。具体目标虽因挫折发展的三个阶段各不相同,但都是围绕实现总体目标而设立的。高职院校开展学生挫折教育的主要内容包括:生活挫折教育、学业挫折教育、情感挫折教育、择业挫折教育。高职院校开展学生挫折教育应坚持课堂教学与社会实践相结合、教育与自我教育相结合、学校社会家庭三结合的原则。高职院校开展学生挫折教育要从学校、家庭、社会和学生自身四个途径展开。具体方法包括:课堂渗透教育法、社会实践教育法、榜样示范教育法、心理咨询教育法等。
[Abstract]:Frustration education is an effective measure to realize the training goal of higher vocational colleges and improve the students' comprehensive quality. The meaning of frustration education can be explained from two aspects: on the one hand, under the guidance of scientific education thought. According to the students' physical and mental development and education needs, in the process of education, create artificial setbacks, stimulate the potential of students, so that they develop the habit of facing setbacks, dare to try; On the other hand, it refers to how to correctly guide students how to overcome difficulties, rise from difficulties, and become strong-willed people when students suffer setbacks. Higher vocational colleges develop students' frustration education from the main body of education. The students' frustration education in higher vocational colleges is the inevitable requirement for higher vocational colleges to achieve the training goal, and it is an effective means to enhance the students' comprehensive quality in higher vocational colleges. It is the objective need of higher vocational college students to adapt to the development of modern society. It is an inevitable choice to improve the effectiveness of frustration education for students in higher vocational colleges. The overall goal of developing frustration education in higher vocational colleges is to enable students to master the correct way to cope with setbacks and to face life optimistically. Promote the all-round development of students, healthy talent. The specific objectives of the three stages of development due to setbacks are different. The main contents of students' frustration education in higher vocational colleges include life frustration education, academic frustration education and emotional frustration education. In order to develop the frustration education of students in higher vocational colleges, we should combine classroom teaching with social practice, and combine education with self-education. The principle of combination of school society and family. Higher vocational colleges should develop frustration education from four ways: school, family, society and students themselves. The specific methods include: classroom penetration education method, social practice education method. Example model education method, psychological counseling education method and so on.
