【摘要】:每隔4年举行一届的上海市中等职业学校教师教学法改革交流评优活动,迄今已开展了六届。教学法评优活动旨在提高中等职业学校教师整体水平,促进教师树立全新教学理念,以及增强教师的教学能力和专业水平。但在已有的研究中,缺乏对教学法评优活动的相关研究,对于教学法评优活动至今己经开展到什么程度,各学校的教师是如何参与活动的,它为教师专业发展带来了什么效果,还存在着哪些问题等,都没有被系统的研究,而这些问题为本研究留下了研究空问。 首先,通过访谈了解教师参与教学法评优活动的现状。本文从教师参与教学法评优活动的总体情况、教师参与教学法评优活动的方式和教师参与教学法评优活动的积极性这三个层面分析上海市中职院校教师参与教学法评优活动的现状。一方面,学校选择通过公开课的形式来选拔进入教学法评优活动的参赛教师,在参与过程中充分体现教师参与教学法评优活动的机会平等性,使得教师或主动参与或被动融入教学法评优活动中。另一方面,教师的参与意识、教师的参与能力和学校的制度保障会影响教师参与教学法评优活动的积极性。 其次,从促进教师专业发展的效果方面总结教学法评优活动的经验。教学法评优活动通过促进教师的教研意识和教师的教学能力以达到促进教师专业发展效果的目的。其中,教研意识是教师积极的进行自我提升与发展的主观意识,具体表现为促进教师的读书意识、合作意识、反思意识以及教研成果意识。教学能力是完成具体教育教学活动的能力,教师在参与教学法评优的过程中逐渐形成实际的教学能力。本研究主要从教师的教学设计能力切入进行分析,将其划分为制定教学目标的能力、选择教学内容的能力、选用教学方法的能力、设计教学评价的能力和设计学生作业的能力。 最后,对教学法评优活动影响促进教师专业发展的问题原因方面进行总结分析。本文从评优活动的结果与教师荣誉相关,评优活动的效用发挥不足,以及评优活动的评价指标不完整这三方面问题呈现教学法评优活动影响对促进教师专业发展的效果。但是,这三方面的原因是否能够真正反映教学法评优活动对促进教师专业发展所存在问题的原因还有待进一步研究。 总之,本文是在对中职学校教师参与教学法评优活动的访谈的基础上,研究分析了教学法评优活动对促进教师专业发展的效果,对教学法评优活动的开展经验进行总结,希望能对进一步提高教学法评优活动的效果提供有力地依据。
[Abstract]:Every four years, Shanghai secondary vocational school teachers teaching method reform exchange and evaluation activities have been carried out for six sessions. The purpose of teaching method evaluation activities is to improve the overall level of secondary vocational school teachers. To promote teachers to set up a new teaching concept, as well as to enhance teachers' teaching ability and professional level, but in the existing research, there is a lack of relevant research on teaching method evaluation activities. For the teaching method evaluation activities have been carried out to what extent, how the teachers of schools to participate in the activities, it has brought about what effect for the professional development of teachers, there are still some problems and so on. None of these problems have been systematically studied, and these problems have left a research space for this study. First of all, through interviews to understand the status quo of teachers' participation in the evaluation of teaching methods. This article from the overall situation of teachers participating in the evaluation of teaching methods. On the one hand, this paper analyzes the current situation of teachers' participation in teaching method evaluation activities in Shanghai from the three aspects of teachers' participation in teaching method evaluation activities and the enthusiasm of teachers' participation in teaching method evaluation activities. The school chooses to select the teachers who enter into the teaching method evaluation activities through the form of open class, and fully embodies the equal opportunity of the teachers participating in the teaching method evaluation activities in the process of participation. This paper summarizes the experience of teaching method evaluation activities from the aspects of promoting teachers' professional development, which can promote teachers' professional development by promoting teachers' awareness of teaching research and teachers' teaching ability. Teachers gradually form the actual teaching ability in the process of participating in the evaluation of teaching methods. This study mainly analyzes the teachers' teaching design ability and divides it into the ability to formulate teaching objectives. The ability to choose the teaching content, the ability to choose the teaching method, the ability to design the teaching evaluation and the ability to design the students' homework. Finally, this paper summarizes and analyzes the causes of the influence of the teaching method evaluation activities on teachers' professional development. The results of the evaluation activities are related to the teachers' honor, and the effectiveness of the evaluation activities is insufficient. And the evaluation index of the evaluation activity is incomplete, which shows the effect of the teaching method evaluation activity on the promotion of teachers' professional development. Whether these three reasons can really reflect the problems existing in teaching method evaluation activities to promote teachers' professional development still needs further study. In a word, on the basis of the interview of teachers' participation in teaching method evaluation activities, this paper studies and analyzes the effect of teaching method evaluation activities on promoting teachers' professional development. This paper summarizes the experience of teaching method evaluation activities, hoping to provide a strong basis for further improving the effect of teaching method evaluation activities.
